Corporate merch FAQ
Can we order merch without a ready design?
Yes. Send your logo and tell us the goal. We'll suggest items, colors and placement and show mockups before production starts.
What logo file do you need for branding?
Vector works best: AI, EPS, PDF or SVG. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it anyway. We'll prepare the artwork and let you know if the quality isn't enough.
Are a patch, a badge and a velcro sticker the same thing?
Almost. We call any removable velcro element a patch; people also search for it as a velcro badge or a morale patch. A reusable sticker holds without velcro and sticks to smooth surfaces.
Do patches survive washing?
Yes. Embroidered and printed patches can be washed, but we don't recommend frequent machine washing. PVC patches have no limits.
Can we order fewer than 30 pieces?
The minimum run is 30 pieces. To check quality in advance, there's a free demo kit (returned within 7 days) and a paid sample of your design, credited against the order.
Can one run include different sizes?
Yes. We collect sizes from your staff list: we'll send the size chart and a form to fill in. If you're unsure about the fit, order a size sample.
Do you work with other cities?
Yes, we work across Russia. Production is mostly in Saint Petersburg, meetings are online, and we deliver the finished merch to your city.
Can payment be adjusted to our procurement process?
Yes. We work with legal entities under contract, adapt payment terms to your process, and provide e-documents and closing paperwork. Website prices exclude VAT.
Do you make pens, mugs and other souvenirs?
No. We make textile merch only: apparel, headwear, bags, backpacks and accessories, plus swappable elements for them.
How is corporate merch different from corporate apparel?
Corporate apparel is your team's everyday uniform. Merch is broader: apparel and accessories for events, gifts, welcome packs and brand promotion. We make both.
